First Northern Film & Media funded iPad app launched

Titled ‘Pitch ‘N’ Toss, the first app funded through the regional screen agency Northern Film & Media’s fund for iPad developers, has been launched.
‘Pitch ‘N’ Toss’ invites players to throw coins against a wall in a modern re-creation of the popular gambling game originating in the 18th century. Players are taken through 40 levels of increasing difficulty that require a combination of skill, guile and puzzle solving.
Developed by Newcastle-based DarlingDash, Pitch ‘N’ Toss has already been labelled as “the most addictive game I’ve ever played” by Channel 4 newsman Nick Martin.
